Dave Siegner began his career as an apprentice painter. He worked his way up through the ranks to be an estimator and eventually launched his own business. He has instilled in the company a high regard for safety training and continuing education. He knows first-hand the value of being a trained craftsman and having a trained workforce. 

Safety Training and Continuing Education:

All journey-level painters are required to take at least 24 hours of annual safety training and continuing education including First Aid/CPR, respirator fit, and respirator medical.

Drug Testing:
Siegner and Company mandates a pre-employment, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug testing program for all employees.

Equipment Training:
Field staff are trained for lift equipment, scaffold use and fall protection. We have continuous training for ladder safety, confined spaces and personal protective equipment.

Siegner and Company participates in the Signatory Painting Contractors Organizaiton (SPCO) OSHA approved Safety Committee. This comprehensive committee won the Governor’s Occpational Safety and Health (GOSH) Award for an Association. We also maintain our own award-winning internal safety incentive program.
