The project spanned 16 months and involved a dedicated crew of 25 craftspeople. The scope of work included applying architectural, high-performance, and floor coatings to concrete, drywall, and steel surfaces throughout the facility’s interior and exterior.
Siegner and Company deployed two supervisors to manage the project’s complexity, ensuring efficient oversight across the sub-fab, fab, and office building. While this approach required enhanced communication and daily coordination meetings, it significantly improved efficiency by providing clear leadership and direction. Crew members benefited from knowing precisely whom to consult and staying informed on daily and weekly progress, ultimately contributing to the project’s successful completion.
