As part of the Conway Master Plan Development, the Leland James Building showcases Siegner and Company’s expertise in applying diverse products and finishes. Retrofitted from an existing data center and corporate office, the project involved painting all interior drywall ceilings and walls, driftfall coatings on interior floors, high-performance coatings on steel stair components and exterior canopies, water-based semi-transparent stain on interior and exterior wood structures, and sealer application on the brick façade.
Following the successful completion of the Leland James Building, Siegner and Company transitioned to work on finishing Blocks 294 and 295, completing the remainder of the development. We are proud to have been part of this project team, as it highlights our ability to deliver comprehensive coating solutions for mixed-use buildings across Portland.
