Siegner and CompanySiegner and CompanySiegner and CompanySiegner and Company were honored to contribute to transforming one of Portland’s most iconic landmarks, the JK Gill Building. Formerly housing county health operations, the building underwent a comprehensive renovation to become a multi-floor office space, including upgrades to public areas and the exterior façade.
Siegner and Company applied elastomeric coatings to the building’s exterior, architectural coatings, and decorative graphic wallpaper throughout the interior spaces. Exterior surfaces were accessed using swing stage platforms, showcasing the team’s expertise in working on elevated platforms and implementing traffic control plans. The JK Gill Building exemplifies the type of projects Siegner and Company excels in, combining meticulous planning with technical proficiency to deliver exceptional results.
