Siegner and Company proudly completed the installation of architectural and high-performance coatings for the 7-story, 150-bed seismically resilient expansion of Salem Health’s patient care tower and its adjacent parking garage.
This milestone project, the largest in our history, involved a crew of up to 28 painters at its peak. The scope included a full repaint of the seismically retrofitted parking garage using durable Fluoropolymer coatings from Tnemec, ensuring long-lasting protection and aesthetics. Inside, we painted comprehensively for the emergency department, main lobby, patient rooms, administrative offices, back-of-house areas, and stairwells.
As part of the garage renovation, high-performance coatings were applied to the distinctive sail-fin elements adorning the façade. This process was conducted at a local county fairground facility, demonstrating our commitment to efficiency and quality in delivering a standout result for Salem Health.
