Siegner and CompanySiegner and CompanySiegner and CompanySiegner and Company completed this project as part of a typical summer repaint season, a service we routinely provide for distribution warehouses across the Portland Metro area and Salem, Corvallis, and Eugene.
This project, however, presented unique challenges due to the building’s exposed aggregate wall construction, which had never been painted before. Older, unpainted aggregate surfaces required thorough cleaning, complete priming, and the application of additional material to ensure proper coverage and durability.
An additional obstacle was coordinating with other contractors hired by the owner to address long-standing maintenance issues on both the interior and exterior of the building. Despite these challenges, Siegner and Company were pleased to collaborate with trade partners to deliver a polished, lease-ready facility that looks exceptional and ready for use.
